- Why only four services at launch?
- Studio Core is built around the four amend services we see come up every month for every active site. Tight focus means a predictable retainer at £1,500 with a reliable SLA. Hero and bespoke production stays with our parent company White Chalk.
- When do Plus and Pro open?
- Plus and Pro open as our Studio Core roster matures and we have the contracted hours to support a wider service mix and tighter SLAs. Join the waitlist and we'll bring you in as places open.
- What happens if we don't use all our hours?
- Hours are sized to typical monthly usage. Unused hours roll forward one month so a quiet month doesn't penalise you, but Studio is built around steady throughput rather than banking large balances.
- What if we go over our hours?
- We flag it before it happens. You can either approve overage hours at your tier's blended rate or defer non-urgent work to next month.
- Can we start with bespoke work and move into Studio?
- That's the recommended path. White Chalk delivers the hero assets — CGI scenes, brand, website. Studio then keeps everything fresh from launch onwards.
- Is there a minimum term?
- Studio runs on a rolling 3-month minimum so we can size your queue properly. After that it's monthly with 30 days' notice.
